Fresh King Salmon are lightly salted and then hot-smoked over Alderwood coals to flakey perfection. A delicacy native to the Northwest but treasured all over the world, our smoked salmon is sold fresh-cooked and ready to eat.

• Tail cuts only, cannot substitute center cuts
• Smoked Salmon stay fresh for up to 3 days without refrigeration, 3 weeks in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months in the freezer (sealed)
