Return & Refund Policy

At A22 Seafood Market LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is limited as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to food safety regulations, we generally do not accept returns for perishable seafood products unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Returns may be considered within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
- The product is still in its original packaging and has been stored properly (e.g., refrigerated or frozen).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored.
- Products purchased more than 24 hours prior to the return request.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] or +1 612-416-6014 within 24 hours of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide photos of the defective or damaged product and proof of purchase.
- If approved, package the item securely with the RMA number and follow the provided return instructions.
Note: For defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds will include the product cost but exclude shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
